Tahle We Dzinza is a vocalist, performer , producer and songwriter.
The song bird is a unique blend of African, operatic and asiatic sounds and uses her music as a tool to immerse her audience into the rich experience of African expression.
The vocal powerhouse was interviewed by CNN for her contribution to jazz music in Zimbabwe as a budding vocalist in southern Africa (2018). Tahle continues to break barriers and uses her music to tell the stories of the African people authentically. She has starred as one of three lead performers in Zimbabwean award winning theatre production Bongile along side Zimbabwean Jazz legend Hope Masike. 2018 she was awarded the best cultural artist by the Zimbabwean Women Business Awards. In 2021 scooped the best alternative artist for her Ep Rushesha by the Zimbabwean Music Awards.
She has performed at the HIFA Festival of the arts as well as the 2020 Nyege Nyege Festival in Uganda and continues to spread her wings through music.
Tahle’s passion for music and peformance lies in merging various sounds as a way of allowing
people from different cultural backgrounds to be able to connect with the African experience in a way that resonates to them.
