Call for applications: Koura Gosso Festival in Chad

Koura Gosso, which means ‘young talent’, is a platform launched in 2017 that aims to promote meetings between African music professionals from different backgrounds. It also facilitates access to training and international stages for emerging talent through workshops on stage management and writing.

The 2021 edition will run under the theme, Red Card to Violence Against Women and Girls.

Eligibility

Applications are available in the following categories:

• Music.
• Streetwear.
• Street dance.
• Plastic art.
• Trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Comedy show.

The following individuals can apply to participate:

• Artists.
• Artistic groups.
• Cultural promoters.
• Fashion designers.

Requirements

• Press kit.
• HD photos.
• A technical rider.
• Three samples of your music.

All requirements must be sent to fkgcandidature@gmail.com by 20 February.

Successful applicants will be notified no later than 26 February.
