The deadline for registration is 1 December while the early bird deadline is 15 September. All registration documents are available here and preregistration can be done here. Choirs and conductors may register for a maximum of three activities at the World Choir Games.
Registration fee
The following registration fees have to be paid per choir/ensemble:
- For early bird registration, the fee per selected activity is €250 ($295)
- For registration until the regular deadline the fee for the first activity/category is €500 and €250 for each additional activity.
About the World Choir Games
Born out of the idea of bringing together people from all countries, the World Choir Games offer fair and realistic competition to experienced competitive choirs as well as choirs with relatively little international experience. The event features the Champions Competition and the Open Competition. These two competitions allow choirs the opportunity to participate at the appropriate level.
Choirs that choose not to be placed in competition but seek to be part of the international experience can participate in non-competitive evaluation activities.
The event is supported by the Gauteng Tourism Authority and the City of Tshwane. For more information about next year’s 10th World Choir Games, visit the official website here.
