Call for registrations: Business workshop for creatives in Uganda

The workshop will be facilitated by cultural and arts expert Roberta Wagner, who is the founder of the Anthouse production company, which aims to expand the impact and reach of the arts and culture industry throughout Africa and Europe.

“The online workshop desires to empower arts-related communities in Uganda with a practical and sustainable way of thinking that will allow them to be proactive participants in the community,” Goethe-Zentrum Kampala project manager Sina Weber. “The workshop is primarily advantageous to individuals with creative inclinations and an entrepreneurial approach to income generation”.

Workshop dates

The workshop will be held from 9am to 12.30 pm via Zoom on the following dates:

• 11.11.2020
• 18.11.2020
• 25.11.2020 

Requirements

Applicants should submit the following:

• A statement on the creative′s art form.
• An updated CV.
• A motivational letter on the reason for attending the online workshop.

Applications will be assessed on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, send an email with the above requirements to cultural@goethezentrumkampala.org.
