Terms and conditions
- Discount level: Discount is applicable for economy fares (from M-class upwards) and business fares (from D-class upwards) in the system.
- The discount applies from network to Kigali.
- Sales period: Immediate to 16 November 2024.
- Travel period: 1 November to 30 November 2024.
- Advance purchase restriction: N/A.
- Mode of sales: All WB offices, website and mobile app.
- No-show is $150 (waived if cancelled at least 24 hours before flight).
- Date change/reissue fee is $100. Fare difference shall apply.
- Refund before departure: $150.
- Refund after departure: Non-refundable.
- Reissue: No manual reissue on this promotion is permitted across all of RwandAir’s network stations/offices. Use ATC reissue only and charge all fees displayed in the system.
- Procedure: Passenger inserts the promo code in the website at the point of booking and the code discounts the current selling fare by 15%.
- Discount code applies to base fare only. Taxes/fees/charges (TFCs) are not discountable.
