Kenyan CMOs in search of digital partner
Kenya's three licensed collective management organisations (CMOs) are inviting sealed bids from eligible candidates for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
The Kenya Association of Music Producers (KAMP), Performers Rights Society of Kenya (PRISK) and Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) are registered by the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) to collect, administer and distribute royalties on behalf of their members.
The three CMOs seek to bring together all its services in a centralised manner where all its business components will be accessed and integrated in one system.

Eligibility
The proposed tender should:
- Include technical and financial proposals.
- Include references from current clients whose systems are operational.
- Include a detailed company profile including financials for the last three years.
- Include a contact of the primary contact person.
- Include a proposed cost structure for the provision of service and software creation.
Requirements
Tenderers are required to:
- Have a sound financial base.
- Have a valid business licence and be tax compliant.
- Have a good understanding of CMOs.
Tender bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labelled with the tender number and tender name and be deposited in the tender box at either the KAMP and PRISK offices at:
Jumia Place
Lenana Road
Kilimani
Nairobi.
They can also be submitted at the MCSK's offices at Slip Road off Waiyaki Way in Nairobi.
