South Africa’s Mafikizolo in debut US and Canada tour

Made up of Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Nciza, the award winning outfit will be performing at concerts organised by Canada-based Zimbabwean promoters SLi Artist Management and One Entertainment.

The talented musicians informed fans about the series of events in a video released online.

"Hi USA and Canada we are Mafikizolo,” Kgosinke and Nciza said. “We are very excited about our very first ever USA and Canada tour. On the 7th of October we are in Washington DC.

“On the 8th of October we are in Dallas and on the 9th check us out in California. And Canada we coming your way, on the 14th of October we are in Toronto and on the 15th of October we are in Edmonton."

The forthcoming tour, ends with a performance in Indiana, U.S. Last month, 2 Kings Entertainment organized a Harare show for Mafikizolo where they staged an exciting performance at Belgravia Sports Club.

Mafikizolo are one of the most respected groups in the southern African region. Their popular songs include ‘Kwela’, ‘Meet Me at The River’, ‘Marabi’ and ‘Khona’. They are three-time winners of the South African Music Award for Group or Duo of the Year.
