Watch Kenya's Femi One play doctor in Tembe

The rapper kept her fans in suspense last week when she announced via Facebook that the video would be out soon.

“To my fans. I love you. And I'm so grateful for your support and anticipation for my new project. I apologise for the bit of delay. I want to give you the highest possible quality work because you deserve it, and that's what causing the holdback. We'll hit you with a big one,” she wrote.

In 'Tembe', the rapper plays doctor as she distributes ovesized pills and injections to her ‘clients’ who also double up as dancers. This seemingly refers to the increasing number on women in Nairobi seeking backstreet services to enlarge their breasts and buttocks in order to conform to today's beauty standards.
