Yoan Catherine

Yoan Catherine is a multi-talented artist known for his work as a songwriter, composer, author, and storyteller in the Mauritius Island community.
He rose to prominence with the release of his first album, "Dime nwa gete," in 2013.
In 2015, he joined forces with Olivier Degrace, Uruk to establish "WE FOR MUSIC", a world music label dedicated to supporting practitioners in their fight for freedom and contributing to society through music development for young people entering the cultural and creative sector.
