Rema Namakula

Rema Namakula also known as Rema is a Ugandan female recording artist.she was born in Ntinda, Uganda to a Ugandan female musician Halima Namakula.

She began her music career as a back-up artist for a Ugandan musician Bebe Cool in Gagamel crew. However she separated from Bebe Cool in 2013 after Bebe Cool saw her on television talking about an album launch which he did not know about and fired her.
That was the beginning of her solo music career.

The same year she released 'Oli wange', written by Nince Henry, and which made her popular in the music industry of Uganda.
