Kwabena Awutey

Kwabena Awutey is an Afrobeat/Afro-fusion artiste who was born in Ghana and hails from Afifé in the Volta Region. His music is a mixture of English, Ewe and Twi.

As a teenager, Kwabena always knew music is what he wanted to make.After some years of finding his true sound. He realized he needed to connect to his roots and that is how his journey started.

MUSIC CAREER

Fast forward, in 2019 Kwabena released his first EP. #Nkowodé “Meaning (What is your name) in ewe dialect,
and he was part of the 2019 year of return in Ghana. Performing at kwaku festival, kumasi Carnaval & his perfomance with band at Accra Unplugged. That was met with a lot of enthusiasm and a 80 out of a 100 rating for his performance.

In October 2020 he released his first album. Named “ KWABENA “ working with the likes of Slim Kofi, Menez GH and many more.

2021 Kwabena released his second album
“Awutey To The World “
For this album he worked with the likes of
Ransom Beatz, Hayzee, CRZE, ENE Yatt & Star Tee. Available on all platforms

2022 Kwabena released his next EP. After releasing “ Designer” ft. Agbeshie.
