Jay R

Jay R is a singer, performer and recording artist who was born and raised in Namibia. He grew up listening to American and west African artists, who inspired his passion for music. He started as a solo artist and later teamed up with female singer Kim Scooter to form a group called Stereo Brats.

In 2014, he released a debut album titled ‘The Music, Me & You’. He also released a single called ‘I Like’, an Afro-pop love song produced in Windhoek by Maj Beats, along with a music video.
