Sara Boudaoud

Bio

Sara Boudaoud is a Moroccan cultural project manager, curator and advocate for social change and heritage preservation.

Coming from a proud Gnawa family, Sara has been immersed in the arts from a young age, exploring theater and writing at 13. She organized her first talent event at 16 with the Moroccan Young Creators Association and performed as a lead vocalist during her teenage years.

Today, Sara manages cultural and event projects with a continental reach, supporting artists across Morocco. As Curator of Global Shapers Rabat Hub, she has led groundbreaking partnerships with Moroccan ministries, launched the Policy Brief Initiative to engage youth in policymaking, and introduced the Youth Career Lab to equip young professionals with essential skills.

A mental health advocate, she leads Bekhir and actively contributes to Casamemoire, promoting the preservation of Morocco’s cultural heritage.

Sara’s career reflects her unwavering commitment to music, culture and collective impact, driving change and empowering artists across Morocco and beyond.
