Allison-Claire Hoskins

All the way from the city of Johannesburg, Allison-Claire Hoskins has been performing and facilitating poetry spaces for 7 years in Cape Town. She performed at the Annual World Aids Day Gala Concert at Artscape in 2012. She was crowned the 2014 Inzync Slam Poet and was the runner up at the Open Book Poetry Slam in 2015. She is also part of the InZync Poetry Collective that host monthly poetry sessions in Stellenbosch. She is the co-founder of Rioters in Session, a poetry collective of brown and black queer women. She is also the co-founder of Daai Deng PTY LTD, a moving markets experience that hosts local performers and entrepreneur’s who sell local brands and products.
