Egreat

Edwin Emmanuel popularly known as Egreat is a Nigerian Musician, a pianist and composer who has gone far and wide in the Music Industry.
His compositions on African Music gives a new sharp and creativity on building a unique concept on African Rhythm on the western instrument. For quality research on African rhythms, he coined his style of music as Afro percussive Pianism.

Afro percussive pianism is the use of piano to mimic sounds from African local percussions and infusing the rhythms on the piano.

Edwin Emmanuel a. k. a Egreat, is a music graduate of Obefemi Awolowo university, ile-ife Nigeria. where he studied more about the rhythm of African which gave birth to his unique concept.

He is now a Top artist in the Music Industry both local and also international with his versatility in music; he is able to play all genres of music ranging from classical music, Jazz music, rock, pop, salsa, blues, ballad, highlife and many more.
He has work with several top African artistes.
As a result of many years of experience in music, he became a full time performer establishing his own music company "Egreat Music World".
The aim is to promote and showcase young talent to the world and to discover more talents; supporting as many as possible to discovering who they are in the entertainment industry.
Egreat compositions on Afro percussive pianism are Omodemeta, Onidodo, Taxi driver, with other compositions written in his native language like Abasi, Idara, eno-ubong, love is a beautiful thing, and many more.
