Fonye, popularly known by his producer name Hydraulix Fonye, is a Ghanaian record producer, singer-songwriter, audio engineer and visual artist hailing from the vibrant city of Accra, Ghana.

Born Chris Fonye, his professional career started in Accra, when he first met hiplife legend Kontihene

The early years of Fonye were mostly spent in the hospital. From almost getting paralyzed to almost dying, Fonye has been a fighter since childhood. All these experiences growing up has shaped his strong personality, aura and authentic sound.
