Kpakposhito Ensemble

Kpakposhito Ensemble is a Ghanaian Afro-rock band made up of a group of young and talented musicians who have come together to address real life issues through music.

The genres of the band include but not limited to Afro, salsa, highlife, jazz and gospel.

The band was founded in February 2019 by Casals Sowa Adjetey and Desmond Tetteh Oman the bassist and keyboardist of the band respectively.

The band has to its credit four singles and they are ;*Biribiba, a covid-19awareness song *Shushaaa(PainSweet)
*Dab3n(When)?
*Poverty dey pain Ohia y3 ya , and many other compositions yet to be out-doored to the general public.

Kpakposhito Ensemble was graced to be the band for Chale Worjo festival, an annual afro-Latin dance festival which is pioneered by Salsa InThe City - Ghana and also had the opportunity to be the open band for Fraternity Vi concert 2023 hosted by The Band Fra.
In 2024 we had another opportunity to be the opening band for Habyba concert, we performed at international Amofest, make music Ghana and also on the Chale wote street festival

The vision of the band is to write and produce award winning songs and albums that will spur it to become the number one Afro-band in Ghana, Africa and beyond.

We are currently working on our first Album titled : Shuushaaa( PAINSWEET )
