Suthu Makiwane

I am a lead and rythm guitarist. I have my own unique style.
I am the founder of Durban's only Afropunk band- StoneSoup The AfroPunks. We are a 7 piece live music band and we are genreless in all essence. We have a very alternative sound and our lyrics are sung in our vernacular language. The founding members of this band are my sister Onele Makiwane and myself, and we are of Xhosa descent.
I am a music publisher and I have a music publishing company called Makiwane Ndlela Music Publishing.
I am also the manager of a Durban-based reggae band called Roots Of Kush.
