ZANIE_SA

ZANIE_SA, is a singer /songwriter from Cape town. She grew up listening to rap and hip hop to RnB. She started developing her songwriting skills in early stages. Zanie embraces a diverse range of genres, she has worked with the likes of Mthunzi Namba, Mavo Mavericks with Azania Band as a backing vocalist. She got an opportunity to work with Jason King where she was in a trio female group and as a soloist and with the Great pretenders. She then joined a program called ''Beyond busking'' where she got an opportunity to be trained as a vocalist from UCT by Abigail Peterson, and as a songwriter by Clive Ridgway and she performed in Cape town Arts Festival, she has travelled the world and entertained so many people in different hotels of Spain around Menorca. 

Zanie released her first single in 2022 called "HIGHER". She then released two singles in 2023  "SOMANDLA"and "UKUKHONZA WENA". She is working in another single or album and her vision is to use her music experience to help upcoming artists in her community, as she has done that before with the help of Cape town arts. Zanie is now signed by Earthquake records.
