Jemah B

Jemah B real name (James Banda) is among the best hip-hop acts in the Zambia's music scenery whose career in music kick started in 2008. He started singing in a chior during when he was in Grade 8 while attending boarding school at Chibombo high School. He recorded his first single at Blazer Studios in Kitwe.

He has an album titled 'Okondewa'. The project is a courtesy of a number of local studios such as Blazer, Raising sounds, Vs Studio, Kabin Studio and Ericardo Records. It features artists like Johnny C, B Nell, Kaufela and Slap D.

Jemah B has done a couple of videos namely 'Brain Twister', 'Baby Tika' and 'Okondewa'. He has a single called 'Vibe Nichi Zungu' which was well-received by local radio stations.

He has shared the stage with Dandy Krazy, B1, MK Macky 2,Slap D, Roberto, Ty2, Afunika, Bflow, The Third and many others. Jemah B doubles as a writer. He is credited for writing a song called 'Sembe Baby Wenze Wanga'.
