Jerere Band

Jerere Band is a music house band from Blantyre, Malawi. It is based at Kumbali Cultural Village, a place that is popular for showcasing the country’s culture, arts, music, cuisine and crafts by using home-made instruments. The band plays music ranging from traditional Malawian music to reggae and contemporary pop music. They use acoustic and electric instruments depending on the occasion. The band normally performs on special functions. Their traditional entertainment is always a fun night out for both visitors and locals.
