Pecuzee

Onyeka Peculiar Chukwuemeka, known professionally as Pecuzee, is a multifaceted musician, songwriter, and producer making waves in the Afrobeats, Afropop, Afrosoul, and Amapiano scenes. Born in Delta State, Nigeria, Pecuzee is currently based in Lagos, where he's honing his craft and building a loyal fan base, known as 'Zee Gang'.

Pecuzee's musical journey began in 2019 when he learned to play the guitar, which ultimately taught him how to sing and write songs better. He later took the reins of music production into his own hands, driven by a desire to create a unique sound that sets him apart. Drawing inspiration from industry giants like Burna Boy, Ruger, Asake, Zinoleesky, and Omah Lay, Pecuzee has crafted a distinctive style that blends his baritone voice, vocal skill, and melodic rap prowess.

As a student at Delta State University (DELSU), Pecuzee has performed at various shows on campus and in Lagos, steadily building his fan base and reputation. His recent EP release, Believe (1 June 2024), showcases his artistry and versatility, featuring six tracks that have resonated with his growing audience.

With over 10 000 followers on Instagram and a loyal 'Zee Gang' backing him, Pecuzee is poised to take the music industry by storm. Nicknamed "Zee Gang Leader," he's determined to make his mark and inspire a new generation of artists.
