Watch new Major League DJz, Focalistic amapiano video
Major League DJz and Pretoria-based rapper Focalistic have dropped the music video for the amapiano single ‘Ndikuze’ featuring Moonchild Sanelly.
The song also features contributions from amapiano pioneer Kabza De Small and trio The Lowkeys.
‘Ndikuze’, which loosely translates to ‘let me use you’ is about a woman who seduces a man into giving her money, hosting parties for her and doing her random favours.
The video appropriately led by Moonchild Sanelly’s lyrical content and typical sexual innuendos.
The kwaito-influenced Focalistic represents the hood with a verse centred around the repetative slogan, “Ase trap tse ke pina tsa ko kasi” (This is not trap, these are songs from the hood).
The song is completed with contributions from Kabza De Small, who is known for his style-defining fusing of vocals and instrumental layers.
