Michael Kiessou

Michael Kiessou (Anacle Michael Ghounam Kiessou) is a Cameroonian artist. His 2014 song ‘Bennam’ was a hit, announcing him to his country’s audience.
He was born in Douala, Cameroonian and was a music lover from a young age, drawn to the traditional music of West Region, the land of his origin. He was initially a radio and TV host. Then he made a song with an R&B artist, starting a co-career as a music artist. He signed a record deal and recorded an EP named ‘Partage’ in 2013.
Sometime late he announced a retirement. But returned in 2015, he returned with a video for the song ‘Wopalilo’ from the ‘Partage’ EP.
