Kpakposhito Ensemble
Bio
Kpakposhito Ensemble is a Ghanaian Afro-band made up of a group of young and talented musicians who have come together to address real life issues through music.
The genres of the band include but not limited to Afro, salsa, highlife, jazz and gospel.
The band was founded in February 2019 by Casals Sowa Adjetey and Desmond Tetteh Oman the bassist and keyboardist of the band respectively.
The band has to its credit a single named “Biribiba” acovid-19awareness song and many other compositions yet to be out-doored to the general public.
Kpakposhito Ensemble was graced to be the band for Chale Worjo festival, an annual afro-Latin dance festival which is pioneered by Salsa InThe City - Ghana.
The vision of the band is to write and produce award winning songs and albums that will spur it to become the number one Afro-band in Ghana, Africa and beyond.
We are currently working on our first album titled: Shuushaaa (Pain Sweet)
