Call for proposals: Cav’ Platform content packages in SA
The Cav’ Platform and project by Goethe-Institut South Africa is calling on interested candidates to submit proposals to provide its website with curated industry-specific content.
The relatively new Cav’ Platform website seeks interesting and innovative content relating to the cultural and creative industry (CCI). The content will be posted on the website as one content piece over three months.
Criteria for selection
- The content can be from any creative industry as long as it can sit on a website. Thus, it needs to be text, PDF format and/or video.
- The content needs to be accompanied by related copyright-free teaser images.
- The content should focus on the entrepreneurship/business of the industry (e.g. toolkit, explainer videos, etc.).
- The content needs to be innovative and relevant for the industry.
- The content must be creative-friendly, in terms of language, as this will be the primary audience for the content.
- The content must be easily divided into three segments, with each segment able to stand on its own.
- The content provider must have an online presence to link the content from the Cav’ Platform to the content creator’s platform. The content creator’s platform can take the format of a website, podcast, YouTube channel, etc.
- The content producer must be willing to promote Cav’ Platform on their online platform(s).
How to apply
Interested content providers should send the following documents:
A two-page proposal (max.) that clearly outlines the content that they would like to see included on the Cav’ Platform and the format it will be presented in.
- Links to online platform(s).
- Examples of related work.
- A biography.
- A budget/fee for usage of the content.
All document must be sent to Bandile Gumbi at bandile.gumbi@goethe.de.
The application deadline is 16 April.
