The remix is available for download and streaming on all major streaming platforms. It was released on the Lab'oratoire label, and follows the release of Wax Tailor’s album The Shadow of Their Suns earlier this year, which includes the remixes of ‘Everybody’ featuring Del The Funky Homosapien. Kanif The Jhatmaster has previously worked for musicians such as Del The Funky Homosapien and rapper Yugen Black, among others.

“It’s been a very long time since I did remix one of my own tracks. For me, it’s a special exercise as it’s like to observe both from the inside and from the outside. I wanted to inject something more cinematic into this remix,” Wax Tailor said.

Both remixes are infused with deep rolling tones. The first remix is signed by Wax Tailor himself with a catchy electro-cinematic version, while the latest remix draws the song to the dark side of the groove, with pays tributes to old school hip hop elements that give a classic element to the piece.

Wax Tailor has produced seven studio albums and played more than 800 concerts in 60 countries. He has more than 112 million plays across Spotify and YouTube and has sold almost half a million physical copies to date. The producer is recognised as one of the main ambassadors of electro hip hop and has been featured in several publications including Pitchfork, Mixmag, NME, Wonderland, Clash Magazine and Rolling Stone.
