Lungisani is the co-founder and owner of DM Media alongside his younger brother Vumani.

DM Media is responsible for managing the early careers of artist such as Zakwe, Duncan, Beast, Skye Wanda, Manny Yack,
Young Cannibal

Around that same time DM Media had a joint venture with another production company called B5 Productions, which will later give birth to Select Play Music, a company owned by Tellaman and Lastee. DM Media dealt with artist management and Select Play focused on the Music production.

2009 saw Lungisani create an artist platform for marketing and promoting upcoming artist from all over KwaZulu-Natal,South Afika, even if they were not signed to DM Media and that platform was called BLOCKK SESSIONS (and the masses nicknamed him Blockk from that time till today), artist from Blockk Sessions would later get an opportunity to perform at Back To The City Festival through a relationship developed between DM Media and Ritual Stores/Osmic, who is one of the founders of BTTC, the biggest hiphop festival is Afrika.

The Blockk went from being a hiphop session to a full fledged record label / media company, with Blockk Apparel Group (B.A.G) under its wing as well.

Currently Lungisani is part of the management team for international acclaimed Afro-jazz artist, Mbuso Khoza.
