Call for applications: ACT communications and marketing coordinator in SA
The Arts & Culture Trust is inviting dynamic, self-motivated and experienced individuals to apply for the communications and marketing coordinator position at its offices in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The successful candidate will join the organisation on a six-month contract basis from April to September. The hybrid contractual position requires working independently and as part of a team, sharing ACT’s passion for arts and culture.
Reporting to the ACT CEO, the position involves the management of all digital, marketing and communications activities for the Trust including:
- Strategic marketing planning and implementation.
- Content creation.
- Social media networks.
- Copywriting.
- Media and PR campaigns.
- Production of marketing materials.
- Reporting, analysis and statistical data.
- Database management.
- Event planning and management.
- Presentations and website administration.
In order to be considered, applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience and a relevant degree as well as knowledge of the arts and culture sector.
