Edgar Mavanga professionally known by his stage name EdgarMav, He is a South african DJ, Record producer & artist, Born in Metsi village (Bushbuckridge) and moved to Pullenshope as a child, He started as a dancer on group called GP Pantsulas, later in 2009 developed the love of music, He started collecting music and listening to shows on 5FM  Hosted by Euphonik on Sundays

EdgarMav has shared the stage with the likes of Dj Shimza, Da Capo, Chymamusique, Dj Tira, Kabza de small, Professor, Dj Fresh, Dj Kent, Njelic, Rulf Gum and many more well known artists in the South african music industry
