With a dynamic career spanning over 14 years, Shiro Mwendwa has extensive experience in project management, corporate Communication, value added services, production, Music artist management, event planning.

Her work at M-tech Communications, a leading value-added services company, saw her manage client and consumer relationships as well as Spearhead product development and growth of new product lines that were implemented in over 10 countries in the West, East, Central and Southern regions of Africa.

Shiro also worked at Capital Dreams Picture as production manager for the legendary film maker, Clarence Peters, working on countless globally renown music videos for the likes of Burna Boy, Wizkid, Tiwa savage, Sauti Sol, Diamond Platnumz, Stonebwoy, to mention just a few, as well as award winning advertising campaigns for global brands.

She is currently the head of creative and licensing at Sheer publishing Africa.

Shiro is passionate about growth and development of the creative industry through skill transfer, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and funding.
