It has stakes in music, fashion and lifestyle. It is positioned as an extraterrestrial pan African radio broadcasting and the first online-real time station in Nigeria.

Its music menu covers jazz, disco, funk, soul and R&B. It is a privately owned station, run by Augustine Imevbore (aka Tintin). It runs several programs, hosted by various individuals providing a platform for a wide range of personalities.
