Gyakie and Black Sherif triumph at YEN Entertainment Awards 2024

Now in its second year, the scheme recognises outstanding feats by popular and prominent actors across more than 10 categories, including music, film, fashion and activism. The awards honoured work done throughout 2023.

Black Sherif won the Male Artist of the Year category, besting Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Shatta Wale and King Promise, while Gyakie won the trophy for Female Artist of the Year ahead of Piesie Esther, Joyce Blessing, Sefa and Wendy Shay.

Meanwhile, actress Nana Ama McBrown emerged as this year's biggest winner, taking home the laurels for Most Fashionable Celeb of the Year and Changemaker of the Year.
