Call for applications: One Source Live arts market
One Source Live is calling on all craft makers, designers and traders to apply to be part of Market of Art at the One Source Live festival scheduled for Johannesburg, South Africa, on 24 March. The event will feature some of South Africa’s leading musicians, artists, photographers and fashion designers.

Applications should be submitted not later than 16 March at 12pm. Accepted applicants will be confirmed on 19 March. Interested traders, artist and creatives can email market@vwv.com for an application form and more information.
Market of Art will form an integral part of One Source Live by providing a platform for up-and-coming artists and creatives whose work and products reflect today’s African creativity. More than 40 young creatives will have an opportunity to showcase and sell their works at the festival.
Some 2 000 people are expected to attend the event where they will get to see performances from musicians such as Khuli Chana, Bongo Maffin, DJ Maphorisa, Patoranking, Sho Madjozi, Youngsta, J Molley and others.
Apart from the musicians, leading African creatives taking part include multimedia visual artist Trevor Stuurman, Senegalese artist Fabrice Monteiro and renowned Kenyan photographer Osborne Macharia.
One Source Live celebrates creativity by bringing together African artists, musicians, fashion designers and photographers to collaborate. The artists are drawn together to tell a new, uplifting and positive story about Africa as the creative engine of the world. The event is led by rapper and Absolut ambassador Khuli Chana.
