Segun Adekunle, professionally known as Labule, is a Nigerian singer-songwriter, percussionist and musician. He' combines different sounds which he termed '

Highfro',Highfro is a fusion of Highlife and Afrobeat backed with heavy African percussion from western Nigeria.Labule has played in and outside Nigeria.

Labule had performed at two editions of  Felabration(A festival that celebrate the legendary Afrobeat Musician Fela Kuti)both at the African Shrine and Freedom Park ,Lagos.Labule released  a 10 tracked album in 2023  named "Labule the Noun" and because of the uniqueness of the sound,he was interviewed by BBC(British Broadcasting Corporation ).

Labule grew up listening to different artists in Nigeria such as King sunny Ade, Ebenezer Obey, Fela Kuti, Femi Kuti and Lagbaja but Lagbaja ,fela and Femi kuti were a big influence in his music and he modelled his music around these great artists.

It is important to note that Labule is back in the studio working on his next album titled 'The Sound of Highfro'
