Gigz is an AI-driven CRM and advertising platform dedicated to entertainment companies that centralises all data (ticketing, customer journey, marketing) to better optimise budgets and marketing ROI. 

The platform enables marketing activations to be activated across all media while measuring the impact of campaigns on revenues generated by online sales. 

Since the launch of Gigz in 2017, the company has been exploring solutions for the discovery of concerts and shows to understand usage through its mobile and web applications. After launching, the first event recommendation app based on an individual's interests and music profile (Spotify, Deezer...) thanks to AI and machine Learning.

In 2018, the startup specialised in data-driven marketing and launched its 360° marketing services for players in the cultural and events sector. Gigz develops tailor-made CRM tools, applications, posters and connected digital kiosks, and voice assistants.

Based in Rennes in Brittany, the company is continuing its international expansion with the opening of two offices in Lisbon and Dakar.
