Sierra Leone: Listen to Trice's Wifee  

Trice’s music has a recognisable Afrobeats flow. She delivers her lines in a style that echoes Nigerian sounds and some of her lyrics are peppered with Pidgin, reminding the listener of Tiwa Savage.

With releases such as 'Wifee’, Trice could be on her way to becoming one of the biggest names in the Sierra Leonean and West African market. 

She developed her skills by listening to radio chart shows and singing along to popular songs. Practicing various vocal techniques of complex songs helped her discover her own sound, and she began posting short videos of herself on social media, which garnered the singer attention.

Trice has made several appearances at major concerts in her country. She is signed to Young Nation Music, a local record label. She released her debut single ‘Naughty’ in early 2018. The song was well received by fans and earned her an opportunity to collaborate with Jimmy Bangura, aka Jimmy B.

Trice released her second single ‘Overdose’ in November 2018, which made the charts on AYV TV and Star TV's Salone Talent. She was also nominated in the Best New Artist category at the Sierra Leone Entertainment Awards.
