Bio
Batila is a Congolese guitarist and singer based in Berlin, German.
His music is described as "soulphisticated, colourful, vibrant and elevating". His music bears a Congolese scent, a sparkle of R&B and soft jazzy vibes.
Batila's mellow voice guides the audience through unique live experiences, be it with a full band on a big stage or in an intimate acoustic setting. He is known for his energetic and memorable performances.
Batila is currently in the process of releasing his debut full-length album 'Tatamana, which was recorded between Berlin and Kinshasa in the DRC.
