Kofi Deroption was sent to Kumasi and came back to koforidua after his birth but was finally raised in Kasoa kakraba where he discovered his musical career at the age of thirteen years when he was in JHS one
Kofi Deroption attended AME Zion both primary & Junior high school in Kasoa Nyanyano kakraba, he further his Senior high school level at Applied Technology Institute in East legon shiashie.
