RJ the DJ

RJ (born Rejoice Msindo) is a Malawian DJ.

She is a versatile DJ who became interested in deeJaying at the age of 13. Her major influences are Robin Mitole, Kenny Klips and Dj Zinhle, among others.

RJ's strength is her crowd engagement and fluidity to navigate through various music genres. She has featured at a number festivals, most notably Lake of Stars and Tumaini Festival, both in 2018 with the latter being her biggest showcase to date.

She was also invited to play in Zambia and South Africa in 2019. RJ is slated to feature at the 2019 edition Lake of Stars, dubbed Lake of Stars Discovery.
