Bio
SOS is a Kenyan gospel reggae and dancehall artiste known for hit song “Gift of Life”. With a music career spanning eleven years, SOS has made a name for himself as a professional singer and songwriter and renowned producer. Away self-producing his own records, SOS also produced “Little Star” – the smash hit single by Kenyan legendary reggae artiste Ousmane. He is celebrated for the production of Painter Riddim, that he orchestrated while working with Black Supremacy Sounds (Supremacy Sounds) that featured Kenyan and Jamaican artistes.
SOS began his professional music journey in 2006. Two years later, he released his rst hit single “Gift of Life”. Released on radio only, the “Gift of Life” is off his reggae - dancehall fused to-be-released eponymous album. In 2012, SOS released another single: “Got mi Father” that was received well by his growing fan base. He is currently nalizing on his 17-track album that will feature hit single “No mother like you”—a collaboration with his mother Janet Sospeter who is also a recording artiste. In 2016, SOS released a snippet of his much- anticipated upcoming song. It received positive reviews from his fans across all his fan pages. SOS has collaborated with a number of artistes among them Aust-eazy and Bupe on “Raki”, Martin the Psalmist on the remix of “Nasonga Mbele”, “Mokeli” with Congolese artiste Mica and “Nisamehe” with Aust-Eazy and Babra Aston. He also runs his own music label Skika Music established in 2006.
