She has mentored for many conferences including SXSW, WOMEX, Folk Alliance and ECMA's. She has also been a panelist and workshop leader at many industry events. Past president and board of director for Folk Alliance International and currently a board member of Folk Music Canada. Manages Ramy Essam.
