Zainab is Nigerian, unique and has steadily paved her way as one of Nigeria’s most consistent alternative rock independent artists, having started performing very early. She has released 4 albums, the most recent being "ROOM 309", released in May 2022.

Touring extensively has been one of her fastest ways to reach her audience, and this has gotten her on notable stages such as the Kilimanjaro Conference in Arusha, Tanzania, the Inequality Conference in South Africa, African Union Conference Kenya & the Deep Ellum Festival in Texas, USA.

In 2022, she launched her independent record label, QOSR RECORDS, which she says will do the business for the brand, going forward.
