“SAMU is a new project which has never been introduced to the world,” SAMU founder Bheki Mlambo said. “Its aim is to educate music users or licensee to understand the music business, hence they form part of the chain. SAMU started in 2019 and thus far, we see so much development, growth in partners and licensees. Delight Productions initiated the SAMU workshop to motivate all Music Users/Licensees in the Southern Africa to report to the Collecting Management Organisations for different rights so that music creators can get their royalty payment from all music rights collecting organisations based on the usage of their craft.”
