​​​​​​​Call for submissions: My Muze, TurnUp talent search

The talent search was announced at the South African Music Awards in Sun City, North West province.

The initiative is a partnership between TurnUp Music and My Muze. The competition will only award one artist. To enter the competition, artists should click here.

Artists who submit their music stand a chance to win a star-studded package worth R500,000 ($33, 800) in prizes and cash:

• R250,000 in cash
• A professionally-produced track.
• Collaboration with an A-list artist
• A music video
• Exclusive access to industry mentors
• 12 months with a team of professionals that will have will have the artist’s back

“Creatives in South Africa have for a long time voiced the need to find a platform for the expression of authentic cultural narratives and nothing tells these unique stories better than music,” My Muze said.
