Ghana Music Awards UK 2018: Full list of winners

The event, which recognises and honours Ghanaian musicians in their home country and in the UK, saw the hit song 'One Corner' take the award for Most Popular Song of the Year. The song sparked a dance craze and brought its singer Pataapa fame in Ghana and beyond. 

Other winners on the night include King Ayisoba, Ras King Bobo and Patience Nyarko. The late pop act Ebony received a tribute at the event. She was also named Artist of the Year, an award she also posthumously won at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

At the ceremony, attendees were treated to music from Ayesem, Kuami Eugene and King Promise. All three acts were also winners on the night.
