Louie Vega to headline Soulaced Sessions in Johannesburg

Renowned for his timeless house anthems such as ‘London Roots’, ‘Diamond Life’, and ‘Elevator (Going Up)’, Vega’s return to South Africa is expected to be a major highlight for house music enthusiasts. With a career spanning decades, he has captivated audiences worldwide with his signature sound and energetic performances. In South Africa, where house music has a deeply rooted following, Vega remains a beloved figure among fans.

Curated by South African DJ and house music producer Edsoul, the Soulaced Sessions event promises an immersive celebration of house music. Following the success of his previous show in December 2024, Edsoul aims to continue fostering South Africa’s rich house music culture through this event.

“This music experience is a celebration of the culture, the music, and the nostalgia that house music has given to all of us,” Edsoul said. “To have Louie Vega headlining this year is truly special. He is a legend, and his legacy has had a lasting influence on our own music here in South Africa. It is an honour to bring him back to the stage for all of us to experience once again.”
