Music Crossroads is seeking for a Program Officer in Zimbabwe
Music Crossroads Academy Zimbabwe is looking for an experienced professional who is willing to gain valuable insight in the field of international development work in the arts in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
The person will be responsible for assisting communications and management of projects. He or she will also be responsible for general administration of activities across the organization with its partners in Africa, as well as contributing to the development of initiatives for future projects. The successful candidate will follow up on activities planned locally and internationally and their implementation schedule.
The position requires someone who is flexible, a quick learner and should possess the ability to take initiative. General administrative tasks will include fundraising, reporting, Project M&E, book-keeping, office management and more.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have previous communications experience in managing social media accounts and sending newsletters. You must also have experience with image editing software like Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- University degree or equivalent
