The event will mark two decades of faith, reflection, and gratitude, honouring Mhlaba’s journey and impact in the gospel music scene.
The live recording will feature a selection of Mhlaba’s greatest hits, including ‘Sewakhile’ and ‘Rock of Ages’, alongside new music aimed at inspiring worshippers for years to come.
In addition to her own performances, the event will feature surprise guest appearances, including a special reconciliation moment with an artist she has reconnected with after years apart.
“This recording is not just about me, it’s about everyone who has been part of my journey. Every song I’ve ever sung has been for the people, to uplift, heal, and draw them closer to God,” Mhlaba said. “I look forward to celebrating with you all.”
Mhlaba is one of South Africa’s most celebrated gospel artists, having received multiple South African Music Awards (SAMAs), Crown Gospel Music Awards, and other accolades. Her career has seen her perform on some of the country’s most historic stages, including Nelson Mandela’s state memorial service at FNB Stadium.
