DrFelix

DrFelix is a Afrobeat and highlife musician from Nigeria base in Johannesburg South Africa. 

Felix Ari Michael (Drfelix) was born in Lagos, Nigeria. His a professional trumpeter, Flugelhorn player, Saxophonist and a Songwriter. He as worked with top musicians, likes of late Dr Victor Abimbola Olaiya, Seyi Solagbade, Frank Uke Amee and Afrobeat Femi Koya in South Africa where he expresses his skills at all the notable and top festivals. He is the leader of The Afrosoul Band and as
performed in different venues and festivals within Johannesburg such as Doppio Zero jazz room monthly show, African day festival 2015, Nigeria independence day at the Nigeria consulate 2017/2018, Fete de la musique 2014, Sibonga annual event 2023/24  just to mention a few. 
He released a debut album 2022 titled AYANFE by Drfelix and it's on all digital platform, currently working on the second album which will be release sometime early 2024. On other side of entertainment he is a TV Commercial advert model and featured in Samsung Chef Phone, Nando's, Chicken licken, GOtv NG, FNB, KFC, Cocacola banta.
